Modern Mom posted this:  The CPSC recalled 44,000 pink "I love you" baby blankets with a giraffe plush head.  The security blankets are dangerous as the balls on top of the giraffe's horns detach and your baby can choke on them.  If you have this blanket you should stop using it immediately.

The style number is Y22230H is sewn on the label and "I love you" is embroidered on the pink plush front.
